The service

picnear is a marketplace that connects travelers with local photographers. We facilitate discovery and matching. picnear charges a small fixed matching fee to the client at the time of a match. The price of the photo shoot itself is agreed and settled directly between the two people — it does not go through the app.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and be at least 17 years old.
• Treat other users respectfully; no harassment, illegal, or harmful behavior.
• Only post content you have the right to share.
• Meet safely and use good judgment when meeting people in person.

Bookings & fees

The matching fee is disclosed in the app before you match. Cancellation and refund conditions for the matching fee are shown at booking time. Any dispute about the shoot itself is between the two parties; contact support for help.

Content & conduct

You keep ownership of your photos. You grant picnear a license to display content you post inside the app. We may remove content or accounts that violate these terms or our safety rules.

Disclaimers

picnear is provided "as is". We are not a party to the shoot agreement between users and are not responsible for the conduct of users. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
